1- Exchange and return policy
Your sale, purchase and use of the products available on this site are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service.

2- The policy of replacing and returning goods:

The consumer has the right to replace the goods he purchased if it is proven that the product or commodity is defective or has a manufacturing defect.

2- The devices are in warranty for a period of 6 months or according to the period mentioned in the explanation at the bottom of each product and are subject to maintenance after the (three) days mentioned in the return, and the customer bears the shipping and delivery costs after maintenance.

3- With regard to cases in which products are not exchanged
There are a number of specific cases in which the product cannot be returned:

3- Consumer products that have been used or installed.
4- Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
5- Products without price tags, stickers, or the original packaging, or missing any of its accessories.
6- The customer shall pay the shipping cost if he wants to replace the product, and the shipping value will be deducted in the event of a return request.

4- Customs duties and taxes:

The cost of your order does not include taxes and customs fees in your country, so you may need to pay additional fees depending on the country's procedures.
